The Three Payment Plan or Multi Benefit Plan of Union Assurance can be described as a taste and see program.
It combines the benefit of life assurance policy with a plan that makes you enjoy the benefits of the policy twice before the life of the policy ends!
The plan provides for the payment of the Sum Assured in three equal instalments. That means that the duration is split into three and a portion of the benefit is paid at the expiration of each period.
The main feature of this policy is that the Sum Assured is paid on the occurence of death of the Assured even when one or two instalments have been enjoyed by assured. The beneficiary does not lose any part of the sum assured. The full value of sum assured is still paid to the beneficiary.
At maturity of the policy, the final instalment in addition to all accumulated interests is paid to the assured.
